Our Chef's Table experience brings you closer to our culinary heart. The chance to watch our taste masters create while you salivate with true ABANDON as you roam around our four fascinating venues, enjoying one course each in The Stock Room, Heliconia, Moo's Kitchen, and The Cellar.

Begin your journey by biting into a delightful poached Hokkaido scallop before moving on to a seared yellowfin tuna with pesto sauce and raspberry-wasabi sorbet.

Continue by sinking into a sea of roasted peppers with smoked salmon cream soup before feasting on Phuket Lobster Sunrise and grilled wagyu beef.

Complete your taste journey with our signature crème brûlée served with roasted coconut, homemade kimchi and cotton candy.

Each course is served with a perfectly paired wine, of course.
